At Abel Global Consultant, we are committed to delivering high-quality business consulting and corporate services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services paid through our website via Stripe.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service has not yet commenced and no government or third-party fees have been incurred on your behalf
- Duplicate or erroneous payment was processed
- Service cannot be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to Abel Global Consultant
Non-Refundable Items
The following fees and charges are strictly non-refundable:
- Government fees, license fees, and regulatory charges paid to any UAE authority on your behalf
- Third-party fees including bank charges, typing center fees, Ejari registration, and attestation costs
- Consultation fees for services already rendered or advice already provided
- Service fees for work already completed or substantially in progress
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at connect@abelglobal.ae with your payment reference, service details, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe
- Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
Refund Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a service engagement, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of service delivery. If work has already commenced, you will be charged for the portion of services completed, and any remaining balance will be refunded.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of services.
