Our Services

Abel Global Consultant provides business setup consulting, company formation, accounting, auditing, tax advisory, visa processing, trademark registration, and other corporate services in the UAE. Our services are advisory in nature. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance, final decisions and approvals rest with the relevant UAE government authorities.

Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all services:

• All fees are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) or USD and are exclusive of applicable government fees unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service
• Service fees are due as specified in the service agreement or invoice provided to you
• Government fees, third-party charges, and regulatory costs are passed through at cost and are non-negotiable

Client Obligations

As a client of Abel Global Consultant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information required for service delivery
• Respond to requests for documents and information in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
• Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon in the service engagement

Intellectual Property

All content on the abelglobal.ae website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Abel Global Consultant and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Abel Global Consultant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, banks, or other third parties.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees for services already rendered. Any government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable regardless of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
